Privacy Policy
To request a refund for an order placed with FLIXBUDDIES, You would need to contact FLIXBUDDIES via email at support@flixbuddies.com.
You'll need to provide your order number and the reason for your request for the refund in order to speed up the refund process. Usually your request will be processed within two (2) days and you will be notified via email. FLIXBUDDIES however reserve the right to extend the response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.
In cases of payments made via Direct Debit, the refund request can be processed only after a six (6) weeks period from the payment date. This extended period is required for your bank process settlement to complete. FLIXBUDDIES will only process your refund request after the six (6) weeks period.
Refund, return or exchange requests are accepted within a 15 days period from the date of placing the Order with FLIXBUDDIES. FLIXBUDDIES may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.
If you choose to pay by check or money order you may cancel your Order before making the payment. However if the payment is not received by us in 30 days FLIXBUDDIES will cancel you Order.
You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. In the case the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.
Some products may have special conditions for refunds and will be indicated in the Order Confirmation or within the product package with the label ("TERMS OF USE") so please read it carefully before making a request with FLIXBUDDIES. In case of any misunderstandings that may arise between FLIXBUDDIES Refund Policy and the Product terms, the current Refund policy will prevail. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if due to FLIXBUDDIES error, in which case you need to contact FLIXBUDDIES and make a formal request.
If the refund request is granted by FLIXBUDDIES, payments are refunded as follows:
- * Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days.
- * PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day.
- * Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user.
- * Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
When applicable, FLIXBUDDIES reserve the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction/elimination of the Product signed by you or was able to verify you no longer have access to the product.
FLIXBUDDIES may revise these policies at any time without notice. By using this website and FLIXBUDDIES Products and Services you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these policies.
The present Refund policy is part of the FLIXBUDDIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
